The first question I keep getting is whether these cards are any good. I've only solo played six games thus far so I don't have a statistically significant dataset but one thing I've noticed is an area where these cards are better than the official cards -- strikeouts on pitcher cards. Strat-O-Matic doesn't correctly handle pitchers with high strikeout rates. They simply don't put enough strikeouts on the pitcher cards for hard throwers.

The most extreme example is Aroldis Chapman who pitched 17.7 K/9 in 2014. His card (shown at right) should be filled with strikeouts but it isn't and I'm not the only one who noticed this problemChapman should have 89 strikeout chances on his card but Strat-O-Matic only gave him 61. That's more than 30% below the correct number! They turned a historically epic single-season performance into a pretty average card for a modern closer and that makes me sad.

For comparison, the output tool looks a lot more accurate. Against lefties Chapman has 16 walk chances and 91 strikeouts, and against righties he has 17 walk chances and 88 strikeouts.
